PyOpenGL を使おうとして pip コマンドを打つと，コマンドがない．
どうも pip が入っていないみたいで，次の様に入力してインストール．
sudo apt install python-pip
更に PyOpenGL のインストール．
pip install PyOpenGL

pip3 のインストールは
sudo apt install python3-pip
