テスト環境の IIS を https 化しようと思い，いろいろと…
当然であるが「サイトバインドの追加」で「SSL 証明書」がない．
NAS では Let’s Encrypt を使用しているので調べると win-acme などがあるみたい．
そこから入った https://github.com/win-acme/win-acme/releases/ から落としてやってみたが…
管理者でコマンドプロンプトを起動する必要がある．
「N」を選択して進めるがエラー．
